AI assistance in the flow of work

AlphaFlow has announced an AI-native process management update across process design, execution and analysis. The approach connects a user’s request with the current process, business rules and configured platform capabilities, so assistance can support a specific task.

Design, run and understand processes

In EBPA, assistance supports process architecture, modeling and review. In BPA, it helps users work with forms, tasks and process information. In BPI, it supports interpretation of process data, charts and potential bottlenecks. These are connected parts of the same lifecycle: define the process, manage its execution and examine what happens.

Business context remains essential

A useful response depends on the relevant process object, available data and the user’s permissions. Actions depend on the capabilities and connections configured in the enterprise environment. The update emphasizes applying AI within that context, with traceable results and human judgment where the task requires it.
