Founded in Hangzhou in 2012, AlphaFlow Technologies develops enterprise process software. AlphaFlow is its process platform brand. The platform brings together enterprise business process analysis (EBPA), business process automation (BPA) and business process intelligence (BPI), with FlowBuddy providing AI assistance for process work.
From process knowledge to operational work
The company’s focus spans process architecture, management standards, workflow execution and analysis of real operational data. This gives teams a way to connect the approved design of a process to how it runs and where it needs to improve.
A useful context for enterprise AI
Process models explain the work, roles establish responsibility and authorized business information provides context. FlowBuddy and agentic workflows bring AI assistance into that setting, with people reviewing prepared work and retaining responsibility for business decisions.
