From a policy document to a usable rule
A supplier policy may require valid qualifications, but checking that requirement means identifying the right dates, fields and exceptions. AlphaFlow’s rule-governance assistant helps turn policy clauses into candidate conditions while retaining the original wording. Administrators review the interpretation, test sample records and publish versioned rules.
Help at the moment of need
The guidance assistant answers questions using policies and instructions the employee is authorized to access. It explains required documents, responsibilities and next steps, cites its sources and points to configured service entry points.
Checks with evidence and human review
The compliance assistant checks connected records against published rules and retains the data, rule version and check time. Missing information is flagged for follow-up. Checks are read-only; authorized people review exceptions and decide what happens next. Policy changes still require administrators to review and update the relevant guidance, rules and process configuration.
