Recently, DJI Car (Zhuoyu) signed a contract with AlphaFlow to build a new digital process middle platform based on the AlphaFlow BPMA process automation platform to achieve unified modeling, operation, integration, monitoring and analysis of enterprise business processes.
DJI Car started in 2016. With the continuous development of business and the continuous improvement of organizational structure, DJI Car was separated from DJI in 2023; in June 2024, in order to better serve car customers as a supplier and service provider, and to help the development of the smart driving industry, "Zhuoyu" was officially launched as a business brand.
Zhuoyu's core product "Chengxing Platform" provides high-level intelligent driving functions covering all scenarios such as highways, cities, and parking. It supports integrated cockpit integration, is compatible with a variety of chips, and can flexibly expand computing power. It can be configured with inertial navigation binoculars, eye-stimulating systems, or expand third-party laser radars, high-precision maps, and other configurations, and supports innovative function expansion. So far, Zhuoyu has reached extensive cooperation with Volkswagen, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Chery Automobile, FAW, Dongfeng Motor and other companies.
DJI Car (Zhuoyu) has always been committed to promoting the development of intelligent driving technology. In this context, in order to improve product R&D efficiency and market responsiveness and meet the needs of subsequent business growth, DJI Car hopes to build a company-level online process center to uniformly operate and monitor the company's business processes. The intelligent process middle platform built based on the AlphaFlow BPMA process automation platform will achieve:
1. Unified process operation. Help DJI Car build a group-level cross-system business process bus within the scope of organization and business, connect the processes between upstream and downstream enterprises, partners, departments, and systems, and provide a unified process view to efficiently implement business ideas.
2. Unified process integration. Based on the integration capabilities of the AlphaFlow iPaas process integration platform, it realizes comprehensive integration with existing IT systems such as Feishu, PLM, DJI cloudbus, HRDC, etc., and combines the AlphaBot process robot to improve process automation capabilities. The data of various business systems in the platform are interconnected, allowing the group's senior management to make scientific decisions and tap business potential based on unified data.
3. Unified process portal. Embed pending tasks and business processes into a unified process portal to reduce employees' switching between different systems and provide a unified process message reminder mechanism.
In addition, through the AlphaFlow intelligent approval authority matrix, dynamic authority allocation is achieved to ensure that every employee in DJI's automotive organization and business scope can work efficiently within the correct authority scope, and protect the security and privacy of process data to prevent unauthorized access and operation.
With the implementation of the project, AlphaFlow will assist DJI's digital transformation, help face the complex and changing intelligent driving market, deepen various process application scenarios, and allow the process middle platform to assist business growth.
