This week, Yibin Plastic Packaging Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wuliangye Yibin Co., Ltd. (000858.SZ), entered into a partnership with Weihong Technology. The collaboration will leverage the AlphaFlow process management platform to build an enterprise-level process asset management system, driving the digital transformation of China's high-end liquor packaging industry.
Founded in 1997 as the 615 Workshop, which specialized in producing anti-counterfeiting Plastictic bottle caps for Wuliangye, Yibin Plastic Packaging has grown over more than two decades to become a large-scale Plastictic packaging manufacturer with annual revenue exceeding 7 billion RMB. The company custom-designed a "physical + information" dual anti-counterfeiting traceability system for the 8th generation Wuliangye, providing security for tens of millions of bottles of Wuliangye products worth hundreds of billions of RMB annually. Its unshakable market position and top-tier technical capabilities have made it a trendsetter in China's high-end liquor packaging sector.
As the demand for high-end liquor packaging continues to grow, Plastic Packaging's business scale is expanding, necessitating a strategic upgrade in management efficiency through process assetization. For this project, the company is focusing on the top-level planning of a smart factory, aiming to build a tripartite digital process management system that fully integrates business and information flows, creating leading process competitiveness:
1.Structured Process Blueprint to Build Future-Oriented Architectural Capabilities: Design a full-stack L1-L5 process architecture that supports future strategic and business development needs, guiding business capability construction and ensuring the seamless execution of strategies.
2.End-to-End Process System to Accumulate Standardized Organizational Capabilities: Streamline and optimize key business processes, converting proprietary technologies and industry standards into reusable process norms and templates. This will meet the customization requirements of top clients like Moutai and Wuliangye, aggregating best practices and meeting control requirements.
3.Process IT Platform to Build Intelligent System Capabilities: Use process management as the engine to ensure high coordination between processes and IT systems like MDM. Based on the AlphaFlow platform, standardize, structure, and visualize process assets, forming an intrinsic knowledge system and irreplaceable core process assets.
Through this process assetization transformation, Plastic Packaging will establish a digital management system covering the entire value chain from R&D, production, quality control, to traceability.
